What You'll Do
Own the onboarding process and help customers hit the ground running.
Build strong relationships by understanding client goals and aligning our solutions to meet them.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and address customer needs.
Monitor customer progress, track success metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.
Share product insights, industry trends, and best practices with customers.
What Makes You a Great Fit
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project management, or related field (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
Brings expertise in metrics tracking, CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and project coordination.
Has proven project management skills, including task planning, delegation, and process improvement.
Excels in customer-facing roles, problem-solving, and juggling multiple projects.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Has excellent communication, organizational, and tech-savvy skills.

Pay Transparency:The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate's skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position.
