The Publicis Groupe Growth Organization is responsible for accelerating Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration.

The Growth Operations team is responsible for supporting the Chief Business Officer to develop, deploy, and manage key Groupe growth strategies across primary product pillars. The team is responsible for commercial pricing/management, KPI tracking, and overall strategic analysis of the business health/growth. The team is consistently working to fine tune the agency model and client experience.

Overview

The Growth Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day reporting and analysis of business unit performance. They are looking to immerse themselves in the business to affect change, encourage growth, and improve process.

Key deliverables will typically include the cleansing, aggregation, and creation of high-quality reporting across multiple Growth product pillars of focus to align/prepare internal teams to meet product-specific goals/targets. The role requires proficiency in Tableau and familiarity with SQL, as both are used to perform day-to-day tasks. This role will have unique insight into product health and opportunities across the Publicis portfolio. Responsibilities

• Data processing and reporting ownership across 3+ proprietary products/offerings

• Manage forecasts specific to product offering and affiliated Publicis agency

• Build and analyze reporting directly from Salesforce, Tableau, proprietary reporting systems and financial systems, building visuals that support actionable insights

• Manage and improve data integrity, leveraging standard Groupe methodology

• Create a seamless process for recurring reports and their distribution

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders within the organization to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

• Foundational understanding of media buying principles and/or financial reporting principles to aid in development work; Expectation of achieving both through onboarding

• Proactively problem solve and identify issues before they arise

• Strong conceptual thinker who can input on ways to reinvent our process, approach, and product; Does not let data quality challenges/ambiguity discourage development

• Become a subject matter expert in Publicis Groupe business and disciplines - having an ability to form constructive opinions on business challenges

Qualifications

• Some advertising experience required; marketing sales cycle / financial forecasting experience a plus

• 3+ years of experience working with data sets in a development or operational capacity; experience in Agile project management a plus

• 2+ years of experience developing in Tableau Desktop; Tableau Prep experience preferred

• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn

• Manage complexity and ambiguity comfortably and work in a highly matrixed environment

• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously

• Takes initiative; self-starter; ability and desire to master the advertising marketplace as well as the Publicis business

• Strong presentation and communications skills; written, verbal and in-person

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $125,265 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
