We are currently looking for an Associate Director of US Patient Support Learning within the Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing learning strategies and plans across US Patient Support. The candidate will harness expertise to ensure consistent learning and development across all teams within US Patient Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with US Patient Support Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to assess and address current and future learning needs, providing regular program updates.
Adapt training and learning experiences to align with market changes, equipping US Patient Support teams to aid patients and HCPs in navigating the evolving US healthcare landscape.
Partner with the internal Commercial Learning team to devise learning strategies, leveraging existing capabilities to meet training requirements, and build credibility within Commercial Learning.
Ensure consistency and strategic alignment across US Patient Support segments, enhancing the patient and customer experience.
Understand organizational operations and marketplace strategies, contributing to and executing competitive, innovative strategies and plans.
Develop and distribute post-training performance support tools to sustain behavioral changes and enhance performance and business outcomes.
Lead key aspects of new product and indication launches.
Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create and deliver training content for onboarding, upskilling, and professional development.
Support US Patient Support Learning and Development Governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with developing and delivering training content either as a formal or informal function of your role
Ability to manage diverse responsibilities

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 142,002-$ 213,006. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
