The HR Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) represents the "voice of the business" and will focus on people solutions that address business, employee and company needs. This six-month contractor role will support the Gene Therapy Manufacturing Facility in Bedford, MA and 4 days onsite is required to be able to fully integrate with the business. As part of the Ultragenyx HR service delivery model, the HRBP collaborates closely with subject matter expertise from HR specialist partners (internal and external) to deliver high impact solutions to the business units.
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 4 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
BA/BS degree required, or equivalent; with 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources preferred
