We are currently seeking a HUD Accounting Specialist to join our team in the St. Louis area. If you are interested, please apply below.


Standard job duties include:

• Prepare and transmit monthly financials to all external stakeholders and transmit annual financial data for HUD projects.


• Prepare and submit the annual budgets for each of the HUD properties in collaboration with the Executive Director, HUD Communities.


• Oversee all accounting systems for HUD projects, including reviewing monthly reports, posting accounts receivable entries, and processing payments.


• Gather, compile, and prepare information for HUD reporting purposes, ensuring all related correspondence meets contractual requirements.


• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for HUD projects, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies

Education & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of HUD accounting practices, business letters and forms, and office methods.


• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
