Administrative Professional - 4-6 Month Hybrid Project (Supply Chain)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Professional to support a 4-6 month project focused on optimizing work flow. This is a hybrid opportunity with two days onsite (8 AM - 5 PM). Key Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to actively contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies. You'll collaborate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to drive service excellence. Your main duties will include:
Analyzing Customer EDI Orders: Review customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders for finished goods and manual customer purchase orders to ensure accurate pricing, ordering constraints, and sourcing locations, optimizing supply chain efficiencies for both the customer and our client.
Collaboration with Supply Chain Teams: Work closely with internal teams to review customer orders, identifying opportunities at Distribution Centers to improve case fill rates and drive operational excellence.
Identifying Cost-Saving Opportunities: Analyze data to uncover cost savings and opportunities for continuous improvement, benefiting both the client and their customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to monitor and assess the performance of third-party freight carriers and warehousing service providers, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.
What We're Looking For:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of related business experience, with experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) being a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and focus on high-value activities.
