Job Description:

Our client, a biotech company based in Cambridge is looking for a contract TA Coordinator to join their team.



Responsibilities

• Write and post job descriptions on career websites and job boards


• Schedule interviews


• Communicate with Hiring Managers


• Review incoming resumes


• Screen potential employees


• Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets


• Handle the orientation of new employees

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or similar Recruiting role


• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems


• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
