Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in University Park, Texas

Job Description:

Our client in the Dallas area is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their AP team!



The AP Specialist will have experience in the following:

• Process 150+ daily AP transactions for payment in SAP


• Handle PO processing and perform 3-way matching of invoices


• Review invoices for proper approvals and overall accuracy


• Perform reconciliations on AP statements and transactions


• Research PO issues and resolve AP discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of AP experience


• SAP experience within the past 3 years is required


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP's
