The
Production Operations Lead
for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics
is responsible
for
supporting the daily production needs which include scheduling through use of visual management, training direct labor associates, troubleshooting issues, and managing/measuring the work of direct labor associates to include contributing on the assembly line as needed. Production targets are clearly
set
and the Production Operations Lead will indirectly guide a team of associates to hit
those
daily production goals,
possibly adjusting
plan
hourly to
remain
on track.
This position
is part of the
Hardware Manufacturing Team
located
in
Chaska, MN
and will be
on site

and report to the
Production Supervisor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards; Understand workflow and daily production goals
.
Ensure successful shift performance through tracking, reporting and feedback on associate performance
while
maintaining
the
ability
to work independently on the line to help meet daily requirements
.
Support the Supervisor and employees; Provide vacation coverage for Supervisors and provide policy follow up, attendance tracking (duties not to extend to disciplinary actions
.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 7+ years exp.
Train to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
.
Follow engineering drawings, work order information, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process while
maintaining
FDA requirements
.
Work directly and cooperatively with cross-functional team members to
identify
and recommend quality improvements including but not limited to production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiencies
.
Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to
50 lbs.
It would be a plus if you also
possess
previous
experience in:
FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory
experience
.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is
$25-28/hr
. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of
possible compensation
for this role at the time
of this posting. This range may be
modified
in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
