Job Responsibilities
Research Specialist will support behavioral data collection, as well as behavioral and neural data analysis in a lab studying how the brain supports mood. Primary duties involve programming behavioral experiments, overseeing data collection (typically on online platforms) and performing data analysis. Additional duties include organizing neural data and performing neural data analysis. This position requires 1-2 years commitment, perfect for someone interested in gaining research experience before moving on to a professional program.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Substantial experience with computer programming required. Programming languages will include Python, Matlab and Java. A willingness to learn these programming languages is desired; experience in Python or Matlab is preferred.
