This position is in the Adams County Extension Office located in West Union, OH.
Candidate will manage after-school programming at two locations. Duties will include but are not limited to: recruiting volunteers, mentors, and participants, conducting surveys and evaluations, providing hands-on, experiential learning guided by 4-H curriculum, working with schools and community organizations. Candidate will also coordinate summer engagement activities, career exploration events, family orientation meetings, and meet monthly with grant team to ensure grant benchmarks are met.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this profile is $16.49 - $21.69/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
