Assistant Coach - Football
Central Lakes College invites applications and nominations for the Assistant Coach-Men’s Football.
Central Lakes College is accepting applications for an Assistant Football Coach. The assistant coach will assist the head coach with all aspects of the program in accordance with NJCAA, MCAC and College rules, including but not limited to:
· Assisting with organizing, preparing, and conducting workouts and practices, weight sessions, trainings, and competition.
· Managing all video edition operations and assisting the head coach with scouting reports.
· Assisting in academic monitoring of student-athletes, including grade checks and study hall supervision.
· Planning and assisting in team fundraising activities.
· Creating individual player development plans.
· Assisting in managing and maintaining all equipment essential to the program.
· Other duties as assigned, including recruitment activities
Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience as an assistant or head football coach at the high school or collegiate level, or an equivalent combination of a college degree/certificate and one (1) year high school or college coaching experience. Commitment to continuing education and professional development. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and experience working with diverse cultures and student populations. Strong commitment to student success. Commitment to Central Lakes College’s policies and procedures.
Salary Range: $1650-6600 for athletic season.
