Position Overview:



Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a renowned company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, to find an experienced In-House Paralegal. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and support the CEO directly. The company is seeking someone who thrives in a corporate environment and possesses a strong paralegal background, particularly with franchise experience. This position offers a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive paralegal support fully onsite.

  • Demonstrate the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced setting.

  • Bring 3+ years of paralegal and/or legal assistant experience to the role.

  • Franchise experience is highly preferred, with corporate and in-house experience being prioritized.

  • Report directly to the CEO, assisting with various legal tasks and projects.

  • Contribute positively to the company's culture, as culture fit is everything.


Requirements:



  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, during the 1st shift.

Additional Details:




  • Salary Range: $28 - $56 per hour
