Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Loan IQ SME
Title: Loan IQ SME
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Duration:24+ months
Locations: Charlotte,NC/ Minneapolis, MN / Phoenix/Chandler, AZ / Dallas, TX - Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote

As a Loan IQ SME , you will:

• Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross-functional partners when developing and executing training plans.
• Create and execute training plans across multiple operational teams.
• Travel within the US to conduct in-person training as requested.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive Loan IQ system experience, preferably with bilateral loans, and the ability to train operational teams.
• Prior training experience with proven results.
• Basic operational knowledge of organizational processes and strategy to effectively deliver training approaches.
• Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:


Pay Range*: Between $53- $58 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
