The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible for sales incentive compensation plans, including calculation and reporting, configuring the sales compensation plans, plan modeling and design for all Sales, Sales Management, and Clinical Support roles and distribution and data integrity of Salesforce.com. Additionally, this role is responsible for territory alignment changes and modeling within the territory management software within SFDC (ETM). This role will also support Finance with budget planning regarding headcount, territory optimization plans, expansion planning and various ad-hoc projects. This position reports to the Manager, Commercial Operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Point of contact for all Global sales commission calculation and reporting.
Calculation of sales incentive (commission) accrual and payments on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Own quarterly commission projection process and perform monthly budget vs. actual analysis.
Regional P&L reporting to sales leadership and meet with team on a monthly and quarterly basis to review results.
Analyze sales performance as it relates to compensation.
Communicating monthly sales performance for monthly and quarterly reports.
Design and build sales commission scenarios and what if analyses for changes to compensation plans.
Preparation of compensation payout documentations per SOX regulations.
Point of contact for dispute resolution as it relates to compensation.
Tracking of manual adjustments and sales contests.

Responsibilities
BS/BA required, ideally in Finance or Accounting. Years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in finance or accounting.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of business processes.
Knowledge of SOX guidelines preferred.
Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and compensation software.
Strong user knowledge of SFDC preferred.
