Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and requirements.
Enhance client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and retain high-value customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with various internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure client needs are met.
Address and resolve client concerns effectively and promptly.
Propose and implement solutions within reasonable timelines to address client issues.
Generate and present reports on account performance, goals, and forecasts to account teams and stakeholders.
Collect, report, and communicate customer feedback to improve services.
Oversee the account teams dedicated to each key client.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Act as strategic partners and advisors to clients, identifying new opportunities for mutual benefit.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
Demonstrated success and stability in previous roles.
A passion for pets.
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
Goal-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Additional Info:
Pay range: $70,000-$95,000 base+ potential to make commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday , 8:00am-5:00pm
