As a Sales Representative you will promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. The position is based in San Juan, working on a hybrid model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals


• Pursue leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services


• Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services


• Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities


• Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed


• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in science, nursing or related field


• At least 3 years of experience in sales


• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills


• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• English verbal and written communication skills

Experience interacting with Power BI is a plus.

Salary range $60,000 (USD)
