Job Description:
This is a 6+ month contract an hybrid to Deerfield, Il area. Corporate Purchasing Experience Required Responsibilities:
- Manage Outlook Email In-Box for team
- Respond to general questions sent from users/vendors, related to process, system workflow and troubleshooting
- Provide training to users via in-person or Teams meetings, or through email and Teams communications
- Answer customer service line for Corporate Purchasing team
- Create and manage reporting for team members and general users
- Run weekly reporting for identified tasks
- Review requests in the Oracle Purchase Order system and approve/deny based on criteria provided
- Review compliance reporting and complete next steps based on the results of the review
