Reporting to the Director of Sales for Walmart Confections, the Customer Business Lead of Everyday Confections will plan and execute business driving initiatives through collaboration with cross functional partners to achieve company objectives aligned with customer objectives. He/she will build plans on the Walmart Everyday Confections business to deliver profitable, sustainable growth for Ferrara.
Ways you will make a difference
Own the process for Walmart Everyday Confections, coordinating all cross-functional needs, adhering to Ferrara & Walmart timelines: Modular Line Reviews, Feature Submissions, Samples, Item Setup, Forecasting
Build and retain long-term, collaborative relationships with Walmart via excellent customer service
Establish internal relationships to effectively influence and collaboratively achieve objectives
Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans and strategies to deliver profitable, sustainable growth at Walmart on Everyday businesses
Create and execute contingency plans to maximize growth while mitigating risks
Effective cross-functional collaboration with CatMan, Supply Chain, and Retail to maximize Everyday results
Meet or exceed company growth objectives while adhering to trade budget
Desire to provide constructive input to continuously improve Everyday processes
Participate and provide support in Walmart JBPs, QBRs, and Innovation Summits
Demonstrate the company's core values

Analytical mindset. Understanding of Retail Link data and syndicated data (IRI)
Ability to analyze data, develop fact-based recommendations, and create and deliver strong presentations across functions and levels, internally and externally

Strong relationship management skills, emphasis on collaboration and alignment, across functions and levels
Competency and/or demonstrated ability to quickly learn Walmart and Confections
Must reside in Northwest Arkansas. Ability to travel as required
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Experiences that will support your success
Minimum of Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 4 years of Sales or related experience working with Walmart
Working knowledge of Walmart merchandising strategies and execution
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in Customer/Channel Marketing, Category Management, and/or Sales Operations is a plus
Experience working with McLane and CoreMark is a plus
Experience working in Confections is a plus

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $123,000 - $170,000 annually.
