Overview:
JOB SUMMARY:As a Senior Reporting & Data Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of governance and standardization strategies for reporting and data integration processes across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity by implementing controls, managing reporting tools, and establishing streamlined processes for report requests, design, and delivery. The position also oversees data integration governance, fostering secure and efficient synchronization across systems, while maintaining data accuracy, scalability, and compliance with organizational policies. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to optimize reporting and integration workflows, empowering users with self-service tools and training, and documenting processes to support scalability, sustainability, and performance improvement. In addition, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline manual processes, research, and prioritize tools or technologies for efficiency improvements, and lead system upgrades to align with organizational goals and maximize ROI.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work for this role is performed in a home office and/or professional office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities. Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat, organized and professional when on video meetings. Travel is required and varies around 25%.
