Administrative Associate for Final Assembly at Altec, Inc. in Creedmoor, North Carolina

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provides support/orders to Final Assembly for Power tools and after-market truck replacement parts (mirrors, bumpers, antennas, batteries etc).

• Orders body and chassis parts

• Provides support to QA on replacement body parts.
• Responsible for the preparation of department specific documentation such as work orders, invoices, certifications, customer orders, etc.
• Generates, updates and maintains various reports, databases and templates
• Assists Management Team with expense reports
• All other duties as assigned

• Ensures appropriate reviews have been performed as needed for high quality

• Continuous attention to all job functions ensuring quality products

Communication with Others:
• Requires outside and inside contacts to carry out company policy and programs; Improper handling will have considerable effect on operational results; Must often deal with matters requiring explanation, persuasion and obtaining of approvals

Basic Qualifications

• Previous experience / knowledge of administrative duties


• Strong computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point


• Experience with Oracle Applications and/or accounting is a plus


• High School or GED required
