Clinician at Behavioral Health Network!
CBHC Clinicians are collaborating with person-centered teams of service providers to provide the Right Care, at the Right Time, at the Right Place. They provide routine and as-needed direct services in-person and via telehealth to BHN clients across the lifespan via outcome-driven, evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training and support. Clinical services include comprehensive assessments, individual, couple, family, and group therapy, and coordination with providers.
CBHC Clinicians commit to Evidence-Based Practice and goal-directed care in providing direct services to clients. They participate in clinical team meetings and supervision, continuing education, formulate collaborative treatment plans, measure progress toward set outcomes, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team. Fostering your growth through professional development, regular clinical supervision and mentorship is one of the best parts of working at BHN.
CBHC Clinicians receive regular training in Evidence-Based models of treatment with a Social Justice lens including CEU's. License-eligible clinicians have twice-weekly individual and group supervision with a supervisor with the right credentials for you to get your license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, and even Psychologists.) Independently licensed clinicians continue to receive regular supervision for consultation, professional growth, and administrative support.
