Reports to: Senior Manager, Global Skin Health & Beauty

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters in Summit, NJ

Travel: 5-10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $110,000 to $192,050. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Finance Manager, Global Skin Health & Beauty plays a strategic leadership role to maximize sustainable growth and contribute to deliver the Company shareholder value goal for specific brands of the segment. This business represents brands including Neutrogena, Aveeno Adult, Ogx, DrCi:Labo, Lubriderm, Rogaine.

This position will partner with Global Skin Health and Beauty brand development teams (BDT) and cross functional teams including strategy, marketing, R&D and supply chain, and provide strategic and financial leadership in shaping and achieving financial goals including leading the three-year operating plan (3YOP) and distorting resources towards areas of future growth. In addition, the role is responsible for leading and shaping innovation and business development initiatives through influencing cross functional resource allocation decisions to successfully deliver growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership for the brand development team


  • Partner with BDT lead and cross functional team to shape the strategic growth agenda and deliver profitable growth for key priority markets
  • Lead 3YOP for BDT with the focus on identifying growth opportunities and shifting resources to maximize growth
  • T rack progress on key strategic initiatives throughout the year

Financial Analysis for innovation pipeline and business development initiatives

  • Lead business case analysis for multi-regional big bets (projects stream 1, 2 and 3), ensure adherence to hurdle rates, work with the team to deliver the full potential of projects
  • Partner with portfolio management team and commercial team to shape innovation agenda and prioritize resources behind largest big bets

Financial Planning and Reporting

  • Oversee brand marketing expense budgets for BTD, ensure controls are in plan

People and Leadership Excellence

  • Build and sustain a culture of collaboration and innovation while ensuring effective communication and alignment across segments and regions

What we are looking for

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA, CMA, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of Finance/Accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, strategic thinking, business advisory and prioritization skills
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships globally
  • Ability to succeed in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and across all levels of the organization
