Sr. Director, Strategic Product Portfolio at Inspira Financial Trust, LLC in Oak Brook, Illinois

Job Description:

The Sr. Director, Product Portfolio Lead will report to the Managing Director, Strategy Leader in the Strategy Department. This role is responsible for developing a vision and strategy, overseeing the planning, and measures the performance of a portfolio of products. This role additionally ensures alignment with business objectives, drives profitability, and manages the lifecycle of products to maximize value.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with the company's business goals


• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and growth


• Track and report on portfolio-level performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and market share and communicate key portfolio decisions and updates to stakeholders across the organization


• Conduct portfolio reviews to assess alignment with financial and strategic goals & identify and pursue opportunities to enhance the value of the portfolio


• Partner with product managers, marketing, sales, and other groups to align individual product strategies with the overall portfolio strategy


• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making on resource allocation and trade-offs


• Ensure go-to-market strategies support portfolio objectives and customer needs


• Identify and mitigate risks across the product portfolio, including market, operational, and competitive threats


• Other duties as assigned.

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.


• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.


• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations and actively develops team(s)
