Co-op, University Relations: July - December 2025 (Hybrid) at Insulet in Acton, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Position Dates: July 7, 2025 - December 19, 2025

Position Overview:
This position will work closely with the University Relations and Recruiting Team to accomplish objectives. It also may require interaction with internal and external departments and vendors. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement; with one day a week being onsite in the Acton office.

Responsibilities:

Co-op duties and responsibilities may include:

• Register for career fairs and additional university events


• Coordinate university event details for volunteers and
  distribute as needed


• Assist with email marketing for career fairs, virtual interview days and other university events


• Assist team in identifying and/or creating new processes and/or program improvements


• Create, support, and maintain documentation needs


• Perform data entry and/or analysis; assist in problem solving activities


• Performs other duties as required

Education and Experience:

• Pursuing BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills


• Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism; exhibit dependability

Skills/Competencies:

• Strong computer skills desired


• Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility; shows pride in work performed


• Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules


• Maintains professional behavior and appearance

Physical Requirements:

• Able to work evenings as needed
