Family-Owned Business with 50+ Years of Success What You'll Do: - Cut, assemble, and finish metal, acrylic, and other materials to create custom signs - Operate CNC routers, channel letter bending machines, laser cutters, and clinching machines - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Assemble channel letters, dimensional signs, and other custom signage - Ensure precise alignment and high-quality craftsmanship - Perform interior and exterior sign installations when needed - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What We're Looking For: " Experience in sign fabrication, metalworking, or related trades " Ability to operate and maintain CNC routers, bending machines, and lasers " Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship " Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings " Comfortable working with power tools and electrical components " Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site for installations " Welding and electrical experience a plus, but not required " Painting Experience a plus, but not required " Valid Drive License a must Work Schedule & Location: - Full-Time Position (8-hour shifts) - In-Person at Our Manufacturing Facility - Occasional on-site installations How to Apply: Interested?
