A Club Fitness Coordinator is responsible for all Front Desk systems and studio branding practices/processes are adhered to company guidelines, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, and customer care calls Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio branding practices/processes are adhered to company guidelines, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, and customer care calls.

What will I be doing?

A Club Fitness Coordinator is responsible for all Front Desk systems and studio branding practices/processes are adhered to company guidelines, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, and customer care calls. Ensure all Front Desk systems and studio branding practices/processes are adhered to company guidelines, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, payment handling, and customer care calls.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio and inventory.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to both clients and team members, oversee all day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to and review the brand promotions plan.
  • Empower and educate guests and members with a clear understanding of our F45 Methodology and Athletic Programming after sessions.
  • Provide pre-event and potentially on-site support for internal and external F45 events.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings and educational presentations, and/or webinars as required.
  • Ensure that the studio is, and can prove full compliance with company and legal Health and Safety obligations.
  • Perform general Club duties, as needed
