Due to continued growth in the Huntsville area, Quality Creative Landscape Management, a KeyServ Company, is seeking a motivated individual to manage the areas client accounts.
You will be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships tat foster satisfaction, retention and ancillary sales. Knowledge in landscaping and products.
In this role you will responsible for:
Client Satisfaction
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors
Perform frequent site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met and identify new opportunities
Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients
Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintain acceptable gross margins that support the branch's financial goals
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest and potential for new services.
Sourcing subs and routinely inspecting subcontractor performance.
