The Opportunity

• Monitors and reviews chart flow, activity codes, and exception reports for timely processing.
• Ensures WIP/TAD reports are created and provided to Managers timely.
• Creates and analyzes various accounts receivable and chart flow reports.
• Completes Supervisor assigned activity codes.
• Monitors Accounts Receivable to ensure timely completion.
• Identify trends and communicate to manager or leadership team.
• Train, mentor, or coach team personnel.
• Monitor performance and document accordingly.
• Collaborate with manager to assess employee (annual review) performance.
• Timely and professional communication to team.
• Fosters teamwork and collaboration within the workgroup.
• Completes payroll responsibilities timely.
• Performs related duties as required.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Knowledge of all Office Assistant, Billing Specialist and Account Receivable Specialist tasks required.
• Able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and proficiently required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Ability to delegate and follow up timely required.
• Comply with RCM billing policies and procedures required.
• Ability to prioritize workflow and work autonomously required.
• Ability to communicate trends to the leadership team clearly.
• Ability to problem solve challenges that may not be outlined in a manual.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform tasks as directed by manager.
• Ability to provide feedback and train team personnel.
• Ability to manage workflow and meet performance and/or volume expectations.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $22.90 - $28.63, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
