What to expect:

• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.


• Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan. Assists with taking resident intakes for admission to facility.


• Consulting with team members on care management for patients with chronic conditions


• Documenting patients' medical progress

Rate Range: $39 - $41/hour
