Learning Management & Systems Coordinator

Location: Remote or Hybrid

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

• Analytics and learning objectives KPI coordinator
• Data collection, processing, and presentation for EHS, WFD, and Fleet safety.
• Backend connections and database management
• Creation and maintenance for gateways for support departments
• Head administrator of the LMS (Workforce Academy)
• Content creation, module creation, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Primary contact for LMS provider
• Assist in onboarding instruction, EHS awareness training
• Day to day management of department inboxes
• Support for workforce academy
• Enrollment/unenrollment into systems, quiz resets, troubleshooting, data reports, suggestion, comments, feedback
• Review all survey data
• Manage training sessions (for all trainers)

• Prior experience in LMS 365 preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in learning management system coordination
