Collaborate with team members, subject matter experts, business partners, and stakeholders in the design, development, and maintenance of interactive eLearning courses and live or virtual instructor-led training resources, including facilitator and participant guides, PowerPoint slides, and job aids.
Apply thorough knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodology to ensure successful learning outcomes that fully meet the needs of the audience and business.
Implement live or virtual instructor-led training resources via train-the-trainer sessions.
Research, select, and modify existing eLearning, instructor-led resources, job aids, etc. to develop blended learning solutions.
Design evaluation strategies and tools to determine whether desired learning and performance outcomes are achieved.
Review program evaluations, test results, and participant and manager feedback to make course and curriculum improvements.
Consult on the development of project schedules that support business needs. Set appropriate and attainable project milestones, identify project dependencies and potential roadblocks, use good judgment and problem- solving skills to mitigate risks, and know when escalation of risk is appropriate.
Follow processes and procedures related to storage, archiving, and version control of multimedia assets and course files in accordance with MEDHOST Education’s standard repository structure and guidelines.
Demonstrate ability to build trust-based partnerships and be an active participant in effective collaborations across all areas and levels of the organization: leadership, business partners, peers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
