The Dairy Foods Culture & Learning Manager is responsible for driving engagement, culture, and technical learning initiatives across Dairy Foods. Partnering closely with Dairy Foods Leadership and HR, the Culture & Learning Manager ensures that culture and learning strategies align with organizational goals and support a highly engaged workforce.

By fostering a culture of continuous learning, the Culture & Learning Manager will play a key role in creating learning & engagement experiences tha t support growth and advance business objectives .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to defin e the vision, purpose for employee-led culture initiatives and technical/functional learning programs. Additio nally, this role will lead the programing, program implementation, execution, and budget management including vendor selection/management as required for these programs .
Partner with key stakeholders, Enterprise Learning and Organizational Effectiveness leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and growth across Dairy Foods with an emphasis on technical and functional skills.
Partner with D airy Foods senior leadership to align culture and technical learning strategies with business objectives , ensuring consistency in messaging and behaviors.
Utilize advanced instructional design principles and contribute expertise to develop and deliver learning solutions that address complex skill gaps.
Design & implement learning curriculum that emphasizes learning engagement, skill application, and measurable outcomes through innovative methods and diverse training modalities for the key functions in Dairy Foods; Sales, Marketing, R&D and Research, Insights and Analytic s .
Utilize data-driven insights to measure learning effectiveness, track skill development, and drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends to bring innovative learning and development solutions to the organization.
Required Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant l earning and development including instructional design experience with responsibility for end-to-end creation of instructor-led and / or e-learning materials with a focus on technical/functional skills training
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Studies, or related field
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field

Salary range: $120,880 - $181,320
