Working with the Transformation Manager, lead the development and sustainability of a Transformational culture within the North American Operations. Manage the assessment, prioritization, and execution of Transformation initiatives which meet yearly North American Transformation objectives set during budgeting. Assist in leading the deployment, integration, and sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives and performance strategies.



What
will you
do?



  • Work to identify and capture opportunities for transformation. Prioritize and complete improvement opportunities with the Transformation team and Mosaic personnel, ensuring alignment with key business objectives. Assist with project portfolio, reporting status and initiative benefits.


  • Assess and assist in leading the development of strategies and high value initiatives within the North America Business. This includes the implementation, optimization, and sustainability of these objectives.


  • Act as change leader. Remove barriers and assist in managing risks to ensure completion of transformation initiative milestones. Escalate issues as required. Applies change management process, practices, and methodologies consistently.


  • Through formal assessment (such as, gap assessments) and informal visits, ensure that best practices are shared, and key learnings incorporated. Act as the liaison between departments and areas. Monitors dependencies across multiple inter-related project


  • Teach and mentor employees to optimize the ability to effectively implement transformation initiatives.


  • Influence across the organization to drive accountability and follow up for results.





What will you need?



  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance or relevant program and 5 years exp. Will accept 8+ years' experience in lieu of degree.


  • Demonstrated leadership skills, positive attitude and the ability to maintain professional behavior in challenging situations.


  • Prior experience leading change and or continuous improvement initiatives, projects.


  • Experience analyzing trends, drawing conclusions and influencing data driven decisions to leadership. (analyze, recommend, sell).


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to use fact-based and well-thought-out arguments to challenge all levels or change behavior/techniques as required.


  • Understanding of basic problem-solving techniques, and the essentials behind metrics and KPIs.


  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, train, and motivate a wide range of employees.


  • Adaptable with the ability to perform at a high level within a highly autonomous environment.





Bonus if you have the following:



  • Familiarity with plant operations software (i.e. PL, OIS, MOIS) and statistical analysis software (i.e., Minitab)


  • Proven project management skills are preferred


  • Familiarity with change management processes, tools and methodology.
