*This is a REMOTE position that can be located anywhere in the US.

Summary
As a Dealer Manager at Leica Geosystems, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing our dealer/partner relationships to drive mutual growth and success. You will work closely with our distribution network to ensure they have the resources, support, and knowledge they need to effectively promote and sell Leica Geosystems products and solutions. This role is critical in enhancing our market reach and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners. Understand their business models, goals, and challenges to align Leica Geosystems' offerings with their needs.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that include goals, strategies, and initiatives to drive mutual growth. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners or partner sales representatives, ensuring they understand Leica Geosystems' products, services, and processes. Facilitate ongoing training and support to keep partners informed about new products, updates, and industry trends.

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively promote and sell Leica Geosystems' solutions.

  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports to senior management on partner performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Work with each of the assigned partners to determine quarterly forecast for each division and manage opportunities through Salesforce.

  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between Leica Geosystems and its partners in a timely and professional manner. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Share relevant insights with partners to help them stay competitive and informed.
