We're seeking a driven Sr National Account Manager - Wholesale to manage and grow key national accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing data-backed sales strategies, and achieving profitable growth.
You will lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of sales activities for assigned national wholesale partners to maximize sales volume, profit, and market share. A deep understanding of the channel's structure, capabilities, and go-to-market strategy is essential for success.
The Sr National Account Manager will develop and execute a strategic plan across all the account's omni-channel capabilities to optimize alignment, sales, and market share growth. This position is critical to the growth of this business unit as it represents a key strategic segment for the company.
Specific responsibilities:
Manage and develop a strategic partnership with national wholesale accounts, optimizing our competitive position and maximizing sales opportunities.
Lead the development and execution of customer-centric strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
Maintain and develop primary relationships with existing and potential residential generator customers in the territory.
Manage brand presence and optimize visibility across sales channels including retail locations and online.
Identify and nurture new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations for new and existing customers including trade shows, branch level Lunch & Learns, and Counter Days to drive brand loyalty through education, promotion, and support while maintaining professionalism and thoroughness.
Collaborate with the Channel Manager to effectively manage trade expenditure.
Champion the Voice of the Customer (VOC) internally, driving cross-functional buy-in and strategic alignment.
Work closely with all sales support functions within Kohler including Marketing, Sales Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical Services, Credit, and Customer Service to ensure proper alignment of resources to drive efficiency and success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Sales experience 5+ years managing national wholesale accounts with increasing responsibility and a track record of success
Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs
Professional oral and written presentation skills
A level of technical aptitude is strongly preferred, however technical aptitude in generators is not mandatory
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Must demonstrate the capabilities to develop, implement, and execute a strategic plan that drives consistent year-over-year growth that is in line with our objectives for the accounts
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently
Strong problem-solving and risk anticipation skills
Proven ability to effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, trade terms, and promotional agreements with key retail accounts.
Must possess the ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
Important Notice: This position is primarily remote. However, if you reside within a 50-mile radius of a Rehlko site, you may be required to work onsite at least 2-3 business days per week.

The salary range for this position is $107,650 - $137,150. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k
