Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in financial and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business office operations, including billing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable


• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping


• Assist residents and families with financial matters, including insurance and Medicaid/Medicare


• Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements


• Collaborate with department heads and leadership to support overall facility operations

• Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility preferred


• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and financial management


• Excellent organizational and communication skills


• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

•
