We are seeking a highly analytical Sr. Software Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of development within an agile team while leveraging new technologies to modernize systems and enhance current systems to meet business needs. Our teams are passionate about constantly improving the quality of our applications and store business processes. In this position, you will work on cross-functional teams united by the vision to align technical and business units, increase agility, and meet expanding customer demands in an ever-changing Payments environment. Responsibilities include system analysis, requirements gathering, project leadership, and building relationships with our business partners. The most suitable hire for this position will be a highly analytical candidate with coding, problem solving, mentoring, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors, and business partners.
