We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Entry Admin Assistant to join our team. As a Data Entry Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for inputting and managing data accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
Verify accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
Respond to data inquiries and help team members as needed.
Assist with payroll processing tasks, including data entry, verification, and filing.
Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
Update existing data.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Sort, filled and organized paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
Answer staff queries regarding payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
Prepare and generate reports as required.
Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
Timecard calculating (total hours, overtime and double time)
Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a data entry admin assistant
Fast typing skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Great attention to detail and basic understanding of databases
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with data management software is a plus
Proficient in math calculating
