Location: Dundee, MI. 48131

Pay: $18.75 & Up, based on experience (Plus Double Time on Sundays)

Shift: Night Shift, 7pm - 7:30 am on a 3-2-2-3 Schedule (3 days on, 2days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

As a Senior Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner


• Monitor & troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments & basic repairs


• Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin


• Resolve machinery and quality problems in the production area


• Coordinate & prioritize Machine Operator daily work assignments on the line, as well as provide on-the-job training to new Operators

To be a Senior Machine Operator, you’ll need:

• HS/GED, preferred


• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing production experience


• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience


• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, including team/peer leader


• Great social and interpersonal skills to relate with and motivate people


• Solid work history, i.e. longevity in previous positions


• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift


• Ability to lift & carry up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis


• Ability to climb ladders (10 ft.) to operate equipment
