PHYSICAL THERAPIST - FT & PRN available
Oklahoma PT License Required.
CPR Required. Inpatient and/or Outpatient Experience Preferred.

PATIENT SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Position Type: Full Time

Shift: Day

Schedule:

-Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

-Saturday, 8am - 12pm (Rotational Basis)

Requirements:

-Oklahoma PT License Required

-CPR Required

-Inpatient and/or Outpatient Experience Preferred
