Job Description:

Duties:

• Assist with mowing, trimming, seeding, landscaping, planting, watering, and snow removal


• Operate grounds equipment i.e., tractors, mowers, spreaders, push mowers snow blowers


• Assist with event set-ups on campus/athletic grounds and in campus facilities


• Assist with deliveries, office and furniture moves and resident housing bed bunking


• Assist FM technicians with projects


• Clean shops, mechanical rooms, wash and clean fleet vehicles


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Meets the requirements to operate college owned vehicles


• Able to lift 25-75 pounds


• Be able or be trained to operate a variety of outdoor equipment


• Able to work outside in the elements


• Dependable and motivated with the ability to work independently or with others as a team


• Possess good decision-making skills


• Take responsibility for working safely


• Possess good time management skills
