Job Description:

Equifax is looking for a Sales Support Consultant to join our Strategic Financial Services team. The Sales Support Consultant is a problem solver providing support to the internal sales team (e.g., Relationship Managers, Account Executives and / or Customer Success Managers) and their clients. Strategic support responsibilities for this role include pre-sales through post-sales deployment, sales information management, contracting, account set-up, onboarding, billing, and reporting. This position follows a hybrid work environment and requires in-office presence.

What you'll do


  • Support strategically important clients and sales teams
  • Maximize sales team's selling time by taking on back-office tasks
  • Coordinate internal resources to streamline contract-to-boarding processes
  • Support issue resolution around billing and general customer service escalations
  • Conduct research to assist sales representatives with maintaining and expanding strategic client base and revenue
  • Maintain tools to support the sales teams
  • Generate client reporting and client dashboards
  • Support efforts to address past due invoices, re-credentialing issues, AskLegal and AskSecurity requests and other related efforts
  • Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to support customer operations

What experience you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales support, customer service or similar role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within the credit, information services, financial services, or related industries
  • Consistent with Equifax's 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax's Atlanta-based office
