Job Description:

All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture). Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours ona regular basis.

Veneer Crew must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Able to learn and float between different machines in veneer department.Inspect veneer and identify defects.Ability to read and understand load cards.Ability to learn different species and grades of veneer.Attention to detail.Must be able to read or willing to learn to read a tape measure in inches and millimeters.Must be willing to cross train in other jobs.Maintain consistent quality.
