Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee ground up commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct risk management assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in ground up commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, phases, and methodologies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
