Join us for our 10-week paid internship program, where motivated and talented college and university students have the opportunity to grow their skills while contributing to meaningful projects at a global organization. This position is based in our Buffalo, NY office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule with a few days remote per week .

Program details:

We offer internships across a variety of departments and locations throughout the U.S., giving you the chance to work at one of our dynamic offices. Our internships are hybrid , blending hands-on, in-office experience with the flexibility of remote work. Expect to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Department summary:

This role will be supporting Ingram Micro's Event Services team , who are c ommitted to amplifying Ingram Micro's brand, while providing a platform to grow the business through events. We are dedicated to understanding our clients unique visions and turning them into reality through memorable events that inspire, celebrate, and unite.

Your role:

• Build event registration sites in Cvent (event planning tool)

• Manage event budgets in Cvent

• Learn to build and run virtual webinars and events

• Get creative with sales engagement activations on campus

• Source event venues across the US

What you bring to the role:

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple events or projects simultaneously.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong technical aptitude for picking up new recruiting tools and technologies

• Experience with multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at once

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, without constant supervision

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $38,600.00 - $57,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
