Logistics and Transport Officer at Creaform in Depew, New York

Job Description:

Are you passionate about logistics and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and organizing international shipments, including to Canada, and receiving Creaform and Virtek Vision products. You will work closely with our production technician to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Your projects will lead you to...

• Coordinate and prepare shipments of Creaform products, including documentation, logistics with carriers, and preparation of transport bills of lading.
• Ensure all shipments comply with customer orders.
• Utilize our ERP system for tasks such as reception and assembly orders.
• Track orders in transit and proactively manage any delays.
• Pack and move boxes as needed to support operations.
• Assist the production and repair teams as required.
• Manage components and items in the store.
• Perform various other related tasks to support the team.

You have the profile we're looking for if you...

• Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
• Excel in English, both spoken and written.
• Possess knowledge of ERP and Salesforce software, which is a significant asset.
• Thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Showcase excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Master initiative, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
• Perform well under pressure.

Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Minimum: $55,000

Salary Maximum: $75,000
