International Shipping Specialist- $22-25/hr at Ultimate Staffing Services in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process export shipments and documentation.


• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors.


• Maintain accurate records, data entry, and filing.


• Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.


• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics (ocean export preferred).


• Knowledge of SAP and AS400 is a plus.


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays if needed.


• High school diploma required.

  Pay: $22-$25/hr

  Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-min unpaid lunch)
