To assist in all areas related to identifying, implementing, and maintaining by-product management programs.
Essential Functions
Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
Assist with new-employee onboarding.
Management and improvement of Team's SharePoint.
Working as part of a PM team with no specific customer assignment.
Approximately 20% Travel throughout the US and Canada.
New customer implementation support.
Assist in implementation to improve waste management procedures by working with client and necessary vendors.
Interact with suppliers in support of new and existing programs.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure data/billing accuracy.
Research by product and logistical solutions.
Prepare monthly /annual waste activity reports.
Prepare and lead bi-weekly team presentations.
Review supplier and customer invoices for accuracy as assigned.
Direct management of specific customer programs requiring continuous monitoring.
Enter and maintain information w/in Salesforce for opportunity tracking.
Create items in database for customer baseline process.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.
Education Qualifications
Required High School or Equivalent
Preferred Bachelor's Degree Four year degree
Experience Qualifications
Required 1+ years Minimum 2 years relative Customer Service or Environmental experience
Required Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
