At Braces of Burleson, we are seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who excels at selling treatment plans and guiding families through the journey to a lifetime of smiles.
About the Role: As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in our practice by connecting with patients, presenting financial treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our families. Your ability to blend a healthcare background with a knack for sales will make you an integral part of our team!
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM 2 PM
Location: iKids Fort Worth

Key Skills for Success:
Strong ability to sell and present financial treatment plans to patients in an approachable, empathetic manner
Working knowledge and experience with dental insurance
Clinical and back-office dental experience (orthodontic experience is a plus!)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a flexible team player
